White's neighborhood is full of random creeps.

So imagine you're waiting for a once-an-hour bus. Just, you know, standing there, talking with a friend and enjoying life. And then you feel that someone's staring at you. Hard. Like, burn-in-your back hard. You turn around and you see a car SLOWLY driving by, the driver's head turning to continue to stare at you as he drives by. You get scared, but shrug it off. After all, maybe he was just some random creep who hasn't gotten laid since the last time he drank away his wage at some cheapass bar.

And then it happens another 10 times.

Yeahhhh. By that time, even Derek was going "WTF." His neighborhood is...2x the amount of people staring at you than normal. But whatever. Maybe it is my own fault for waiting for a bus on a random shady street. Incidentally, it's also the street on which White lives. But let's drop that detail.

So what else did I do in the past few days?

I learned to play Mario Kart. Now I will no longer be owned by people at parties (coughVanMichRachcough). I went to the gym and heard Nalini moan/groan/cry/fail for about an hour. Then she compensated by getting a fast-food lunch.

I am still out of money. COMPLETELY out of money. Thank God a good friend of mine is lending me money to keep me alive. On Tuesday, I gave two people chocolate as a birthday present. I'd do it again tomorrow, but Nalini decided we should all chip in to get an expensive Hollister gift card. -.-

So...now I am at Sandy's house. We are doing nothing even though it's sunny outside, and I am slowly disintegrating my contacts by staring at the computer screen. Some other person was supposed to come, but she ditched last minute. Cough. Not nice. But it's okay. As long as she *didn't* call me at 11PM when I was just about to go to sleep.

So uhhh...Tomorrow I'm getting bagels. And on Saturday I am hopefully getting my paycheck.

That will be it for now. Oh wait. And sushi buffet tomorrow. <3

CHOCOLATE.

Chocolate. Chocolate. Chocolate.

I may have sounded slightly insane in the title/tagline of that post. So here's the explanation: during my demonstration, I ate a piece of chocolate every 5-10 minutes, chocolate for lunch because I am too cheap to buy anything else and chocolate on the break. I wake up early and seeing as it's the weekend, my breakfast also ended up being chocolate. And, oh yeah, I try not to eat after 6 so my last meal was chocolate. So basically, four different varieties of chocolate were all that I ate in the last 2 days except for BBQ/steak (could not resist.

So...One would think I'd be repulsed by chocolate right now...But NO. D= After the demo finished, I got forty (40 =O) bars leftover to take home. And that's after sharing with store employees/guy who was selling ginger ale. So I lugged it all home, swearing to give it all to my parents, grandparents and friends who love chocolate and eat one bar at most...

Snacked on chocolate on Sunday evening, had it for breakfast on Monday morning and just had it as dinner when I came home.

It's fucking delicious.

And really, really, REALLY fattening, especially knowing how much of it I consume.

Please don't blame me for whining about dieting for the next few days: I have a reason.

Anyone who will see me reasonably soon (I'll say next two weeks) and wants a bar of $3:50 Nestle chocolate, just msg/comment/text/etc.

In other news, I tied a game of Monopoly against Adam. His version of Monopoly is so based on luck. D= I got used to playing mine, which had stocks and jackpot and tax police and auctions and lots of complicated stuff...xD

I love Monopoly. <3

Oh and I got drenched today in the rain.

The get-together planning I got shows that all your schedules are so complicated. I feel bad for slacking off.

Just a thought.

I'm not sure who exactly I am talking to here, but you know how sometimes you do something that your parents would find wrong? Like, I don't know, failing an exam, getting drunk at a party, or even something as trivial as failing to make curfew? So you already know that your parents won't be proud; in fact, they'll be angry, yelling and you and threatening to take away...Uhm, whatever they usually take away in those situations (internet, allowance, free time?) And then you, expecting it all, come in and start apologizing, ready to accept the punishment, and all you get is sadness and disappointment?

You lose nothing outside of feeling immoral and bitchy. But it feels even worse.

After all, if you serve your punishment, it's done - your parents can't judge you anymore or even really bring it up. But when they're willing and mature enough to assume you're independent and you fail them...Ohh fuck. D=

Yeah so there it is - that little thought that's been going through my head after I just talked to my mom. No, I didn't do anything badly wrong: I was just half an hour late coming home from Wonderland because I didn't properly check the bus schedule. Sure, I broke my curfew by almost an hour, but I was at Wonderland. To my parents, that's apparently a big deal. And I do respect it, even though it's different from all my friends.

It's nice to know they care for me.

But it feels even worse when I let them down.

11:11...Time to make a wish...=D

An average summer day. Well, almost. =)

So, today has been another average day in my summer, split between doing something vaguely useful and mindnumbing boredom. Seeing as I am trying to write more often in my blog; write anything until I actually have something useful, I'll just describe my day with some detail. =)

I woke up at about 8; which is very early for me but it's pretty useful because if I sleep until 8:30 or later, I will be rudely woken up with a call from Marco, who seems to find it amusing to make my life a misery by waking me up in the ungodly hours of the morning. Although 8:30AM doesn't exactly count as early by most people, he has also called me at 3 or 4AM and somehow decided the only reason I was yelling at him and begging him to hang up and "leave me do die" is because I was hangover. While that is not true, he might at least have had the decency to never call again; but no, he continued. -.-

After lazily shuffling around the house and eating a pack of free chocolate that I got yesterday from Metro (unused samples), I felt fat and decided to cheer myself up by going to the gym to work out with none other than Nalini. Oh by the way, my next weekend's job is to sell delicious Nestle chocolate in 3 calorie-rich, amazing flavors. That is not advertising, since I will get 3 cases of chocolate to give out for samples, most likely not use it all and take 5/10/15 chocolate bars home. 8D So, uh, back to working out. I viva-ed down to Hillcrest as no other bus was working on a civic holiday yet my parents refused to drive me, and waited outside for Nalini, who was being late as usual. -.- As I walked up to the doors, I decided to text her to ask where she was, while also wearing earphones. While doing that, I saw someone creep up on me out of the corner of my eye (I was wearing glasses because I want my eyes to relax...And also because I went to the gym 15 minutes after I woke up and ended up putting on the first available and easiest thing). I was being retarded and screamed before I realized it was Crosby Ali, who was for some reason hanging alone around Hillcrest mall at not even 10AM. Apparently, he was waiting for his mom.

We had a very interesting conversation which went sort of like...
"So, how's your summer going?"
"Um...I went to Wonderland on Wednesday, and then I can't remember, but it was crazy fun. So how about you?"
"Yeah, I'm just going to the gym and working and hanging out with friends..."

And then we talked about buffing up for another five minutes. Then I went, SLOWLY changed, got out of the changeroom, went on the treadmill, set out the speed, started running...And then Nalini came in. She apologized for being late and I forgave her because, well, she's Nalini. So we binge-worked-out for about 30 minutes when we saw Adam who was also joining the gym. Then we all worked out for another hour and a half. After that, I felt so nauseated I begged Nalini for a ride home. Damn the chocolate. Time to eat a nutritious breakfast D=

Then I got home and now I am just sitting here and eating random crap (cherry pie, mint and chocolate chip ice cream, cookies and cream ice cream, chocolate, plums, soup...) I attempted playing Sims 3, but my game is ruined because my stupid Sim got pregnant by accident. -.- And now I see her huge stomach and cringe because now she will never fulfill her lifetime wish/goal that I set out for her. D=

Don't get pregnant, kids. =(

On that note, I have a second cousin who was actually attractive (from a neutral, looking at a photograph standpoint). He's six years older than me, and last time I saw him, he was fifteen, on the honour roll, getting chicks left and right and a generally nice guy who gave me piggyback rides and gave me money for chocolate (I was what, 9? :P). Then I heard he was getting married, at 18 no less. -.- Me being me, I assumed the worst: he got the girl pregnant, and, being the morally right guy he was, he had to marry her (and they lived a small village-ish town so it's not on morals alone but also people judging and generally being assholes). So next thing I hear, I was right: they had a kid. Now she's 2 and he's 20. Both of them couldn't go to university or even college (the girl had good grades too D=) and last I heard, said cousin was working as a cashier at a grocery store to pay for the rent of their apartment (they could only afford a shabby 1-bedroom.)

And he had so much potential...=/

Yeah that went off-topic. But since there isn't really anything else in my day to talk about, so be it.

I sort of miss school. Just a bit. Mostly seeing all the people and the fun classes (drama and my beloved family studies.) And also the clubs. But also a bit of even the challenge of homework. I am trying to enjoy my work-free and amazing summer right now, knowing that my schedule next year will be sadistic (gifted and gr. 11 classes, gym, work, volunteering, clubs, and, oh yeah, maintaining a social life), but it's not really working that well. I even found a job just to have something to do. And the money, of course. In fact, I am even doing a charity carwash not just because I strive to be a better person (Van, how do you do that strikethrough thing? =O) and need to get volunteer hours, but also because I am bored. D=

But way, way less bored than I was last summer. Most days, I have at least one social/work/productive activity to do. And if not, I call people and plan something. Unless, of course, I want to sit at home, eat ice cream in many different flavors and attempt to make my Sim have an abortion. Hey, anyone who played Sims 3 before, is that possible?

Bye =)

Will anyone read this? =/ Well, it's worth a try.

So...It's been almost a year since I first posted on this blog. I remember how I found it so enjoyable to just sit there for prolonged amounts of time and type away about random crap that was happening in my life, or just my thoughts, or...well, anything. I used to have the time, but, more importantly, I used to have the motivation. Back then, I was actually dedicated enough to go on at least once in a few weeks to give the people who devote some portion of their time to reading this a glimpse into my life. No matter how small that glimpse was, it's the fact that I actually remembered to blog. I haven't yet been thinking about how people would react to anything and everything I say, or that "there are better things to do than sit there and update this old thing that's been hanging in your bookmarks since April."

So thanks Laucker, for making me get off my lazy ass and trying to get this thing back into at least occasionally updated mode. <3 After all, it's summer, I'm not that busy and definitely not busy enough to pretend I don't have the ten minutes a day it takes to write an entry. After all, I do read everyone's blogs. And Jason was right - I have to finish what I started. So I wanted a blog that would talk about my high school experience. And yes, a chunk of my life is just gone. Another chunk is documented so flimsily it's probably gone anyway. But...if there is a chance to keep it going, I'm going to exercise my perseverance in doing so. So... My summer's been pretty uneventful in terms of productivity up to the point where I got a job. Today would be my second day of working, and I am already dead from the huge, cold fridges, standing for hours on end (in heels, no less, and not even by choice - they require dress shoes), and the 7-hour shift. But whatever, I keep myself alive by thinking of the paycheck. Otherwise, I have just hang out with friends and played Sims 3. And went to the gym in the last week to try and lose weight. Not that it's working, but whatever. -.- I realized that if you're busy, you don't think about how you look. So it's all good.

Believe it or not, I sort of miss school. A lot. D= I'll *try* to update tomorrow, but if that doesn't work out, I still will write something sometime...xD

I love Rachel's game.

I modeled the alter ego off me.

It's surprisingly accurate (the descriptions at the end of each level.)

It's so addicting. =/

And I like the /100 measurements for all the aspects of my personality. 8D Or like...kind of my personality. A few times, I did stupid stuff with the character to see how it would work (ex. fighting with 10 people alone.) 8D

Thanks Rach. <3

March Break is over. D8

Today is the last day of amazing weather. It is quite sad that I am spending it sitting on a couch in a house, despite the fact that it is actually a pretty attractive white leather couch. Also, I am blogging from a laptop, which is pretty amazing because it enables me to sit on a couch. This is why I want a laptop.

...

Yeah. I have nothing to say. In fact, I am wasting time waiting for my pizza order to arrive. My options for wasting time involve reading Cosmopolitan or blogging. Dx

Shitt. Now Daniel is reading Cosmopolitan while I blog. He is complaining about the amount of ads and the inability to find a single article. Oh my God. It is surprising how much of a fag one can be. 8D

Okay wait g2g. Bye.
